Are you using a VPN?
Do you have any specific spam blocker/JS etc?
Probably you already used the browser in private mode?
Do you have a special DNS service?

try another browser. firefox, chrome, edge etc

I use tried Chrome, Firefox I don't have a spam blocker , it work fine for me before the did maintenance on there site a month ago

I got a similar problem when they changed, that every time I was opening the chat I was seeing the last one, but replying to that after 30 minutes I was able to get a response. Probably there is a bug in your account
