Billing issues with Fizz, reward choosing, swapping, changes to plans...

I have to say I heard support is poor with fizz but I find the billing system is really lacking…

Does anybody know how to cancel changes made to reward options?

I have a $1 reward, I wanted to remove it and add a new $2 one it. To my surprise it's not removed right away and and am stuck with that until next billing cycle...missing out of $2. Not that bad but still.

The real way I believe should have been to "swap"…

The other day I wanted make a change to my plan, and I found out you can't about 5 days before the billing cycle restarts....

I spoke with live support and they say they can't do anything in both instances...

I am not impressed....

    Hello KAlpaca ,
    I understand and I'm sorry for this situation.
    In order to not miss on an upgrade when you receive a new one that you want to replace it with you will need to swap the upgrade you want to remove with the new one.
    To make the swap you need to click Apply on the upgrade you want to add then click on the upgrade you want to replace.
    If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade, we’ll ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.

    It seems that you remove it, therefore, you need to wait the next billing cycle since in the 4.5 days before the next billing cycle you cannot modify. Sorry

    Hello, you can not do any changes with 108 hours before the billing cycle is ending. Wait for the next month now.

    I see, it really sucks. I thought if I can't do anything, maybe the fizz team can on their side.

    I guess the have a reason for imposing them like that. Good luck trying to change that through Fizz customer service department.

    You can try to ask Fizz support — I did it before and the support helped with a credit. In reality I was lucky, since there is a swap option which is the correct way. Hope it works for you.

    Yea... it's kinda annoying. For me I noticed you can't just select the new perk right away. You have to cancel the old one first then select the new perk you want.

    Unfortunately, you need to wait for the next billing cycle to change your perks…

    If you do it this way you will not get the full benefits — they should be swapped always, if they can't be swapped that is a technical bug.
