Can't receive data with a data plan
Hi, I'm currently on a plan with 2gb of data and my friend tried sending me data but it keeps failing. Any idea what might be causing this? They get the following message:
MY NAME did not receive your data.
There’s been an error. Your data couldn’t be sent to MY NAME, and was therefore returned to your plan. Please try again.
Several of my friends tried and are getting the same error. I definitely have data and my plan next month also has data. My privacy is set to the Full Experience. Any help? Thanks!

You need to open a ticket or contact the support, multiple member had this problem
To open a ticket, go to your account → m settings → contact form

If the issue persists even though you have a data plan and The Full Experience as your privacy, you can reach out to our customer service representatives in private, and they will open a ticket for you. Before that, I would suggest asking your friends to try sending you data using all three options available, phone number or email address ( from I know the person option ) and the referral code ( from I don't know the person option ), to see if they receive the same message.
