Anyone else not receiving their gifts?

Many generous people offered to gift data to me however it does not go through... anyone else having the same issue? Code is VP6ZJ if you want to try.

    Last weeks therewas a problem, check if they received a message informing about the problem on the account of the member that sent you data

    You need to have data in your plan so that the others can send you.

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    I noticed that you managed to receive data before, on the 17th, however, if nothing changed, you have data included in your base plan, and you have the privacy settings on your Fizz account properly, and the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our customer service representatives privately, and possibly forward a ticket to our technical team.
