Last weeks therewas a problem, check if they received a message informing about the problem on the account of the member that sent you data
You can always contact the support,
, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.1 -
You need to have data in your plan so that the others can send you.

I noticed that you managed to receive data before, on the 17th, however, if nothing changed, you have data included in your base plan, and you have the privacy settings on your Fizz account properly, and the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to our customer service representatives privately, and possibly forward a ticket to our technical team.
