When the payment is taken. Your plan is renewed and payment is taken 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle.

Hmm... weird. They are suppose to charge you 3 days before the start of your cycle date. But you're saying they're charging you 3 days before that? So 6 days before the start date?

No, only 3 but every other company charges you on the "payment date", not 3 days before!

Actually most companies charge at the end of the cycle(post paid). Fizz is a pre paid service though, so you are pre paying for their service.

But the payment date is the payment date. Imagine your landlord tried to take your rent money on the 28th instead of the 1st?
