My Plans says my payment is due in 3 days, but my credit card already has a charge for it.

What is the reason for the decrepancy?

Hmm... weird. They are suppose to charge you 3 days before the start of your cycle date. But you're saying they're charging you 3 days before that? So 6 days before the start date?

No, only 3 but every other company charges you on the "payment date", not 3 days before!

Actually most companies charge at the end of the cycle(post paid). Fizz is a pre paid service though, so you are pre paying for their service.

    I know. I've had prepaid...

But the payment date is the payment date. Imagine your landlord tried to take your rent money on the 28th instead of the 1st?

The payment is taken 72 hours before the payment cycle expires.

    Hello @k0d4,
Our services are pre-paid therefore the payment is deducted before the end of the payment cycle.
More specifically your plan is renewed and payment is taken 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle.
I recommend that you read the FAQ that @elena code xzi4t sent you if you wanna find out more about this.

    Have a wonderful day ahead.
