Hi Everyone,

New here and so far so good. No issues in porting my number and the network. I can see Fizz Ext | Fizz as my network but I read somewhere that I should not be worried about it.

Also, I used my old phone at the beginning when setting it up. So in my profile now, it registered the old phone model. I am wondering if that can be changed.

    It will be changed automatically however for me it took 3 weeks

    I am glad to hear that everything worked properly with your number transfer.
    From what I can see in your account, a new IMEI was updated however, in case it is still not the correct one, please try to reinsert the SIM card and restart your phone.
    This is normally fixing the matter and the system will process the change.
