"Change my plan" option is not available on Mobile manage page
For a mobile phone plan:
Just started new cycle, data remaining icon not showing colors of how close to end of data allotment, but shows how much data I have, can't modify or change current phone plan because the "Change My Plan —>" option is not shown. Same happens on both web and mobile site.
Any ideas?

I verified your Fizz account and it appears that there is no issue related to the display on it.
Both the Data usage options are available and the Change plan option is also available on the account.
After further verifications, I saw that you were able to adjust your plan - which will take effect at the start of the next cycle, and if you want to check how much your Data is available ( as I am assuming you are asking about the perks and other rewards that you have alongside your plan ) go My plans - See usage as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-view-my-usage
On another note, if you have again such an issue, I suggest you try using another browser via incognito mode especially.
