@IsabelleM did you try to reset or just restart the modem?

If there have been damage they have to fix it before restoring the service. Try to restart the modem… if it doesn't work, try to contact customer support to understand what's going on

Restarted modem this afternoon around 1pm. Service up and then down again around 2pm. Still down. Would be nice to see a proper status report on your website. Obviously many people are affected so stop telling us everything is fine.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
It looks like you were affected by the recent weather storm ( even tough you didn`t have bad weather, the network hub that was powered by Hydro Quebec for your region was down , so that`s why you didn`t have service even if the weather was okay ).
In the meantime, I kindly invite you to reboot the modem as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
StorySpray it looks like the same issue affected you, and the modem is now back online, so I suggest that you also restart the modem and test the services.
If anything, reach our customer service on Live chat for further investigations ( if by any chance the service is still not working ).
