I got mine back after couple of hour.

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
After my verifications I was able to see that the modem is online within the normal parameters.
Please try and reboot the modem and restart your devices to reconnect.

I'm sorry to hear about that.
I verified your account and was able to see that your modem is now online, and the services are up and running.
Please try and do a restart of the modem, you need to unplug the power cable for minimum 30 seconds. After that, please plug the modem back into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the devices to fully reconnect.
