Internet was up when I got home around 4:30 PM.

In H4A no Internet around 9am Internet came back around 4pm now 10pm Internet down again 11pm Internet as not been back how about you guys

I am also in H4A; I didn’t notice Wifi outages during the day bc I had no power anyway until 4:30. Went down at 10-ish and am just hoping it’s back in the morning. Modem lights indicate it’s a coax problem.

Sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with our services.
It might be possible that the weather from last night impacted your internet, however currently we can confirm that everything seems perfect from our end.
If the issue still persists, please have a look at your cables and make sure that there is no sign of damage and also restart the modem (unplug the power cable, leave it until all the lights turn off and then plug it back).

and testing with other devices was done before posting the question.
In any case, the internet service is currently up and appears to be stable.
