I am unable to process a payment an order a SIM card

I have been trying to place an order, however the site appears broken, reporting gateway timeouts when trying from Chrome/Edge/Firefox, and via my phone also.

Also the site is reporting a "CORS Policy issue" in the console for cross domain requests, which is probably also breaking things.

I do see $2 attempts going against my google account multiple times each attempt, so there is something happening, but the actual payment fails. I believe there is a problem with Fizz payment gateway and their site scripts.

Their support chat does not seem to be helpful.

    You already try to talk with customer service to https://fizz.ca/en/support ?

    Maybe @Whizz can you do something for him?

    I'm sorry to hear about this situation, however, I noticed that since you were in contact with the customer service representatives, a ticket was created and an update was sent to you yesterday. Please test again from a couple of browsers and incognito mode on the said browsers. It would help if you could test on two different devices.
