Dating apps blocked when on data?

For some reason dating apps like Bumble are blocked when on my Fizz data, but is works fine when on wifi (with another ISP)

    Hi @amnesiac

    Try to contact the company, communicating the IP used from your phone when you try to use the app, it can be that they blocked the IP

    Do you use a personalized DNS?

    If the company reply that is not blocked, you can contact the Fizz's support

    You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    I dont use a personalized DNS..... but my IP is the same when im on wifi, and the apps work then. So I dont think the app is blocking my IP.
