Not getting Fizz 5 year badge
I raised a ticket with support that i haven't got 5 years badge even though i am with fizz for more than 5 years , but got an email reply from tech team that i need to earn travel addon to get this bagde . Which doesn't make any sense there is a completely different badge for travel add-on .
Anyone else got into same issue ? or can confirm its the case ?

It would be a bit strange to "force" someone to travel and get an add-on to earn your 5 year badge. I am curious to find out more.

No you don't have to buy any add on : if you click on that badge it will tell you that : you don't have to do anything.
I got my badge around 2 months after my 5th anniversary date with Fizz.

I feel like the website is often slow to add points or to give you badges.

For example, I have given data more than 10 times according to the site itself, but I still don't have the badge. I'll wait for a while.

That’s weird the system according the badges! I don’t understand the algorithm! We can think it’s automated system but why sometimes we have strange issues like that

I have verified your account and I can see that the issue with your 5 year badge has been resolved. You should already be able to see it in your Fizz account at this time.
Go to My benefizz> access the badges section and you will find it there.
