    Hello Mike D. #16494,
I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that your connection is working and there are no issues in your area that could impact your network.
In regards to the Wi-Fi application, you have to be connected to the Wi-Fi that the modem emits in order to use it.
If you connect to the network through a Wi-Fi extender or secondary router, then it will not work and you can receive the error you mentioned.
In my tools I can see that you have several Wi-Fi extenders and your phones are connected first those. Therefore, the Wi-Fi application will not work.

What you need to do, is to disconnect the phone from the Wi-Fi extender and connect it to the Wi-Fi emitted by your Fizz router.

    Thank you for your understanding!
    Have a good day!

The new app is crap, I cant connect to my router because it keeps saying "password incorrect" but it's not... I can connect to web and connect devices but the app doesnt recognize it. I'm not going to factory reset my router - as suggested and have to reconnect all my devices just because this app wasnt properly developed... so dumb
