    Hi

Did you try to contact the support to check with them if there is some work in your area?

Do you know some of your neighbors with a cable internet to see if they have the same problem?

The modem signal has returned after a ~20 minute outage.

    Hello Gabriel D. 3975,

I’m sorry for the situation you have encountered.

I just verified your modem in my tools and I found that on 24/10/2023 at 16:18:44 our technicians' team found some interferences on the system line (from the main equipment to one of the important poles around you).

They found that some signals of our customers are out of our specifications and they sent a team to your location to solve this situation.

I have verified your area situation and it seems like the maintenance workings have been solved in the meantime (on 24/10/2023 at 18:53:23).

Please electrically restart your modem, by disconnecting the power cord from the back; disconnect the coaxial cable from the back and from the coaxial outlet, wait for 20 seconds then connect them back and make sure that it is well screwed at both ends, then plug the power cable back in.

You might have to restart your devices connected to the Wi-Fi and with the ethernet cable too.

Verify this FAQ for more manipulations you can try yourself: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it.

I hope you have a pleasant day!

    -Mihai
