internet down several times a day
Hi,
My internet start to stop working several times a day, I work from home and always on calls with customers, and the calls just shut down randomly because no more internet.
I upgraded a month ago to the 100mb/30.
Every time I have to restart the modem, and wait till its back and start all over.
Any ideas what can be the problem ?

To start troubleshooting follow these instructions:
►Stand next to your Modem
►Open the Fizz Wi-Fi application and tap the 3 dots in the top right to open the application menu
►Tap “Fizz support”
►Tap “Tools and support”

Did you try to reset to the default configuration?
• Try a factory reset the modem
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

Reminder: The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.

I will try that later after I finish my job.
How many devices connected at the same time ? I do have a lot devices that use internet, but when I am working it's only my phone and my work laptop.
Sometimes another phone and another laptop if my family member is working from home too, but those last 3 days, only my laptop and my phone were connected, an it kept cutting.

It happened to me yesterday too. Twice during the day, and it came back by itself after 10-30 minutes. I wonder why. It never did this before

Same here it was all good, then the last 3 days, problems started.

My speed is lower than those who seem to have this problem. No problem for me but my speed is only 30Mbps.
