Fizz Community Hub User Guidelines
Hello #fizzers ✌
Thank you all for the wonderful community we have formed for so long. So, as our community grows and as day-by-day new members cross the threshold of our community, we invite you to discover - for the newbies - or to remember - for the veterans - the rules of the magnificent Fizz community!
First, we start with what not to do so that we have harmony across our community. So, what not to do in the Fizz Community Hub?❌
- Post any private information.
- Cyber bully.
- Spam the Community via private message.
- Post hateful, degrading, profane or racist remarks — including posts that are politically, racially or religiously offensive.
- Advertise other products or services.
- Post anything that would violate copyright laws, including images, videos or gifs.
- Post misleading information.
✅We thus want you to respect these lines :
- be polite and respectful to others.
- encourage others by giving Kudos and saying Thank you.
- contribute and help others in a positive way.
❗ Do not forget that Fizz has the right to:
- ❗ban members from the Community if they do not follow the above guidelines, or for any other reason, that demands such action.
- ❗to delete and archive any post.
- ❗delete or edit any post that does not follow the above guidelines, or for any other reason, that demands such action. If a post is deleted, it may reduce Points, Badges or Perks a member has earned for participating in the Community.
- ❗Fizz reserves the right to change or modify the above guidelines at any given time.
Also, Community Members are to only use one account for their Community activity.
Please, be aware of the fact that we also kindly ask you not to abuse to publish your reference code several times a day on the Community Hub.

- Advertise other products or services.
Does this include suggesting alternatives like voip solutions to Fizz members? Since it is not offered with Fizz, it's not competition.

I hope this message finds you well.
For the example you provided, in this case, VOIP solutions for the Fizz members that need this service will not be included in the section of Advertise other product or services, from the "What not to do in the Community Hub list".
However, please note that this is just a specific situation, and most of the time advertising other services or products that do not serve as solutions for issues our members are encountering will not be overlooked.

If other provider has a better price/quality for same service like Fizz has ,.. without meaning to "Advertise other products/services " ... I'm allowed to say it, please ? ... intention being to remind there always can be more space for improvement ...

I think you are allowed, but if you are clearly advertising it, you will get a warning I believe... I often stated that my home internet is not with Fizz but with another provider and that I am happy with them... if you do it with common sense it's ok

Mon compte fizzz utilise mais donner même quand je suis sur le wi-Fi de la maison j’ai remarqué que après une utilisation de wi-fi de la maison quand j’ai constater que mais donner d’utilisation te mon contract de téléphone on été utiliser aussi j’ai rien compris car etinerance de mon téléphone étais sur le wifi0

I think the FAQ should be updated to show how the forum works for new users, i.e. their posts are not immediate and they cannot post pictures. It's now an unspoken rule of Fizz's.
