Mobile data and text message works, but I cannot make/receive calls

I have an Android phone. I barely use it for calls, but lately, I noticed I can't make any calls anymore, and people have trouble calling me.


  • There is nothing wrong with my plan/payment
  • I tried restarting the phone and removing/inserting the SIM back
  • Text and data work just fine
  • Sometimes people call me and it works fine. But I missed a lot of calls because they said my line was unavailable
  • When I try to call, the phone says "Calling...", and the call drops after 20 seconds or so
  • I do not have another phone to try
  • I did reset my network settings on the phone

    Update: I tried another SIM card on my phone and worked fine, I could make calls.

    Therefore, it seems a problem with your phone, probably a weak signal
