Hi
you can try to reset the modem
This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.

I did reset my modem, it didn’t make a difference

After reset you should setup your config from scratch. Username is cusadmin and the password should be from the sticker on the back of the modem.

Hello Ramona C.,
I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that you have contacted us in private in regards to your issue.
After we ran a full diagnostic on your network, we found that your connection has not been working properly because the modem is receiving and sending back some signals that are not in the normal parameters.
Given that the manipulations proposed did not fix the issue, a technician is being sent to your address now.
I kindly advise you to take a look at this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
And also make sure that someone over 18 years old is present at the time of the meeting.
Thank you for your understanding!
Have a good day!
