Modem stuck to #3 in activation
I've been trying to connect my modem fir 5hours but I get stuck in the #3. The downloading light keep flashing. I tried to contact the support but I waited 1h30 to be #1 in the waiting list then move back to number 17th just like that. And I really need that wifi to work becausse of work, I don't know what to do

Unplug your modem for at least 30 seconds and do it again.
You can also chat with an agent directly 24/7 using the live chat function. To contact them on the live chat you have to go to any of the FAQs and click the (?) in the lower right corner of the screen. Once you do that you will have to click on the (...) three dots which represent the live chat function.
