Modem is not connecting to the internet
I have tried the following steps:
-Resetting the modem by unplugging it
-Forgetting the network on my phone and smart TV
-Factory resetting the modem
-Unplugged and plugged back the coaxial cable
I sent in a chat via SMS, Messenger and WhatsApp… no answers
