Home internet outtage
I've reset my modem no less than 5 times. It has been cutting out all day long and support won't get back to me. Is anybody else experiencing an outtage. The service status site says everything is up and running. Obviously not.

Down arrow has been blinking for like 45 minutes. Searching for frequency I think I means?

I don't think it's the modem's problem if you haven't setup the modem before. Possibly because of the internet service. Better contact FIZZ and ask them to check your internet service status.

Modem has been set up for years. Been trying to reach fizz through their chat for 3 hours.

Then it can not be the modem's problem. So sorry to hear that. Sometimes it is hard to reach them. Maybe you can try to cut down the power of the modem and wait for an hour, Then retry.

This looks like your modem is not able to connect to the network. Most probably there was a maintenance in your area.
