No internet Connectivity
We don’t have internet connectivity since last two days and trying to contact fizz and they are promising to send technician but not a single technician is trying to visit at the address. Chanting with customer representative and getting same answers again and again. What we can do ? Today is the last day or we are going to cancel the plan from fizz.

As users I can tell you to contact back the support and ask a the time of your appointment

Appointment time is just a promise but not getting fulfilled they are giving appointments everyday since last 2 days

Please contact customer support again and ask them to schedule the date and time of the appointment. You should be able to see it in
My plans > Manage plan > Appointments
After that you can leave the chat.

I looked over your account and saw that you have decided on unsubscribing from the internet plan you had with us which is sad to see. Rest assured that this isn't an experience that we want our members to go through.
Please make sure that you return the modem as soon as possible since the system will process a refund once it is returned to us and make sure you use the PR code when you do so in order to have the return free of charge.
