Did you apply the bonus to the slot?
The bonus will be activated the next billing cycle after inserted in the slot.
If the bonus was applied the previous billing cycle, you need to contact the support, to have the problem solved

You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view of its progress.
On the last note, you`ve already been refunded for the upgrades that were not applied to your account and you can see the refund ( with taxes included also ), in My settings - Transaction history: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders and in your bank account the refund should be visible by the end of the day.
