You can try to plug the modem into a different electrical outlet!
Maybe verify the breaker in the electrical panel?

I tried to plug it into the electrical outlet that I use for my tv (who's working when plugged into the same electrical outlet), so the problem is really from the modem. Actually last night there was thunderstorm and we had a power shortage. In the morning the electricity came back and all my devices are working fine except the modem.
