I cant reach anyone

My modem is dead, ive been trying to reach fizz for the last 12h with no answer at all and im running out of data! My husband is sick and can’t contact anyone without it. I need to have someone answering asap to schedule a visit

I assume that you tried a different electrical outlet, and that your electrical breaker at the ON position?

Support must be overwhelmed!

he is dead or just out of internet due to weather conditions

do you have lights on on your modem

greens and blues if you only have greens on, you are in, internet outage

No light! I know a lot are struggling with internet but it’s specifically the fact that i cant reach them that infuriate me 🥲
