Why is Fizz CS so awful?
@Whizz would it cost considerably more to have customer service that was actually helpful to the customers?

fizz is an online service with an economical discount for packages.

call a spade a spade, in any other country of the world Fizz would be laughed out of the market. Just because canada has awful telecoms doesnt mean the companies can have awful CS

Oh man, I'm not against you but you opened too many posts saying the same story and saying s**t about Fizz CS... there is really no reason to do that... I mean what do you expect, the same suggestions from all the users over and over?

What makes you think I was looking for a response from users? I was clearly trying to inundate the moderators inbox to force the issue, and guess what it worked!

Your tone and approach doesn't help either, you know... Anyway, as long as you got what you were looking for, we are all fine. Just remember that even if you post a lot here just to attract the attention of the moderators (who are actually not very active here, so I'm not sure that's the reason of your achievement) there are also users who are trying to help you and reading the same things over and over is not nice. No need to keep going forward with this anyway... Have a good day.
