Forum censorship?
@Whizz just sent me an email saying I would be banned from the forums if I dared to suggest people switch companies again.
This being said, I implore you all to do so.

It is against the community user guide, or probably not :( Since you cannot advertise other products or services, probably it is under that rule
What not to do in the Fizz Community Hub?
- Post any private information.
- Cyber bully.
- Spam the Community via private message.
- Post hateful, degrading, profane or racist remarks — including posts that are politically, racially or religiously offensive.
- Advertise other products or services.
- Post anything that would violate copyright laws, including images, videos or gifs.
- Post misleading information.

now were getting to the root of it, you're only allowed to use the forums if you're having good experiences with fizz. They wouldn't want new customers to know what existing customers go through, eh?

That's not true... A lot of people are complaining about their issues in this forum. However, you are supposed to do it in a constructive and positive way. You cannot just say: "Fizz is bad, go elsewhere...", for example. That's just looking for a ban

Honestly I don’t care if they ban me, I care about getting service in a time frame that wouldn’t merit a lunch break if it were at work.
