Receiving calls international from coverage zone
Hi,
I'm presently at all the international, outside of my coverage zone, on of my friends called me and it got through, i refused the call , cause i don't know if I'll be billed.
So Am i billed for incoming calls from my normal coverage zone if I'm at the international?
Thanks

fizz will not invoice you or charge you if you don’t have any money in the fizz’s wallet
fizz is working with the idea of subscription zone, Québec cover all the province plus the Ottawa region for example

incoming calls are always free

If you are outside your covered zone you won’t receive calls unless you pay extra to get coverage

You should be lucky to receive a call while you're "international" as Fizz calls only work in Canada and US. You should not be billed. Where are you, just curious in which country you were able to receive the call?

I am curious too. If you are in the US, have the Canada-US plan and have VoLTE, you should be able to receive incoming calls without any problems.

Fizz service is prepaid... so they cannot bill you anything... if you don't have money in your wallet you can't do anything that is not already included in your plan

Hello there Anas B. 2543,
No need to worry about being billed. Our systems are working with a pre-paid method so we won't bill you AFTER you make or accept the call, in your situation.
Have a good one!
