Hi, I am trying to change the mobile plan for next month, however I get this message: No change can be made before 2023-07-09. Please come back after this date to try again. I'd need to change it, I know that I am in the freeze period, but I'd need to change it

By employing a game of worlds a certain confusion is created...
If we are trying to make changes to plan... If we are in the freezer period ( the famous 108 freeze period), we will get this from:
Plan ✅
Manage plan ✅
Change my plan ✅
No change can be made before 2023-xx-xx. Please come back after this date to try again.( This is what we get if we try a plan changed in the 108 hours before the end of your payment cycle or before the end of cycle date ..........and the backplan is highlighted in red)

Your plan is renewed 72 hours before the start of your new payment cycle.
Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 3rd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th.

you cannot change your plan 108 hours before your billing cycle you must do so after

Unfortunately you can't change before the next month... I believe it's too late now
You can only try to contact the customer support to see if they can do something but I doubt that

Guys... to stay on the topic... when we talk about end of the payment cycle, are we talking about the date we can find in the "My Plan" section or is the day in which the plan is paied for? For me there is a 3-4 days difference between these two date. So, the 108 hours are referred to the payment date or the end of cycle date?

Too late to change at the moment, you'll be able to do it after the 9th of July, but then, it will be applied in August...
If you want to change because you need more data, you can ask in one of the FB data sharing groups, like this one:
