Is it a human that makes phone plan changes or is it suppose to be « the system »?

I changed plans in may for this billing cycle and I got charged the same amount as the old plan and I still have my old plan. I already contacted customer service about this, the ticket is still being resolved. I was wondering if It’s a person that do those changes or it does it alone? My friend also got his plan unchanged when he also changed plans

Supposed to be system. But taking into account recent posts, it looks like the system failed 😔.

    Keep screenshots of your changes!

Do not modify now your plans, wait for Fizz to answer you back!

Try to reach customer service on Live chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support as they sometimes need a few extra details to possibly escalate a ticket to address your situation.

    Or open a ticket yourself:

    Hi @Carlos P. #1649

This seems a system problem, multiple users reported the same problem, you should signal it, I will suggest doing it by opening a ticket, go to your plan My Settings -> Contact forms -> Submit a complain

@Whizz I believe that you can do something for this

I think it's done automatically by the system

They need to fix it, or at least send a message to the users, and apply as soon as possible the modification

Hello Carlos and everyone else here.

Our technical team looked into the matter and resolved the matter in regards to it. They assured us that the changes which were made prior to this incident have been cancelled and that you and the members that have been affected can retry the process without any worry that this will happen again.

    Have a good one!
