Message to get free VOLTE sim card (on both accounts) - getting error?
Based on your account information, you are not currently eligible for a $0 SIM card.
This is the error I get for my account and my daughter's. We both have SIM cards from 2021 when we subscribed. Neither of us have the lightning bolt.
I understand why we want/need to get the new sim but I can't seem to order them?
Tried looking in the Community but couldn't find a simple or recent answer.

Sorry my spelling was not up to standard in the previous thread, allow me to will restart:
Some other user was proposed ( after contacting the support ) to go and buy a SIM card from a external source, and that they will get credited for!
According to some other user in some places where they sell SIM cards, you have to be careful, because there are still some cards that are not with the red thunder bolt on them!

If you never ordered, you are supposed to be allowed to order the VoLTE from free
You want to have a new sim card, since the VoLTE has some advantage, but if you go in the state someday you will be ready and in the near future we need it in Canada too. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important

Open a ticket, keep screenshots,some other use was offered to go buy a SIM card and the support proposed to credit then the office of the SIM card(cards for you)... Please open a ticket

Since you are in any rush to replace your cards, open a ticket and wait a couple of days for the solutions from the support
- if you buy a SIM from a store, you can have the bad luck to buy an old one
- If buy the SIM from a store, you should contact the support to get it replace, giving an electronic card of an ID with photo and the copy of the credit card associated with your account
- After activating the card you should ask for a refund
