Why are certain download speeds not available?

When choosing my internet plan, when I click on "Help me choose" it says the most popular choice is 60 Mbps but it's not even available, I can only pick from 10, 30, 100, 200, 400... where did the 60 go and why would they remove it if it's the most popular choice??

They removed 60! The only option is 100 in that range now !

Good question, maybe the answer is in your question it's the most popular choice?

I would assume they didn't go out of stock as if it was something physical in a store just because it's popular? Why stop offering something that sells?

That's a shame, guess I'll start at 30 then and upgrade if it's too slow 😢

    Hello Thierry C. #38944,

I appreciate you bringing up this question, as it is indeed an excellent inquiry that benefits everyone.

In case certain speeds are unavailable in our online plans, it indicates that the price of one plan is equivalent to another plan, and these two plans have been merged.

For instance, let's consider the current scenario where the plan with a download speed of 100 MB/s was priced at $53, while the plan with a download speed of 60 MB/s was priced at $49. The price of the 100 MB/s plan was reduced to $49, leading to the removal of the 60 MB/s plan. Instead, the 100 MB/s plan took its place. Since both plans had the same price, we decided to make only the 100 MB/s plan visible during the promotional period.

I wish you have a pleasant day!

    -Mihai
