IDK honestly, I think they intervene only when needed. They are not very active in the forum... they moderate it as it should be...

How we can know if they are busy if we don't know whom may they are?
If they have problem with their CRM we can have the impression that they are busy

They usually sign their answers so it's quite easy to see how many are active at the same time just by going in the Whizz profile and giving a look at their activities
