Data roaming in US, log into network
I have done EVERY step suggested and I am still not able to get mobile data ROAMING in the US (Hawai'i) for 3 days. Prior to that I WAS able to have data my first fou days in Hawai'i. I kept getting "sign into the network" and would be pointed to the fizz.ca jail URL. I have 3 GB of data available. I have manually changed the network (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T) and have the new VoLTE sim card. According to the coverage map, Hawai'i has coverage. I have a Pixel 7.
Spent too much extra money for WiFi to contact 3 agents who couldn't help.

Everything points that the data you have ( and yes you have 3gbs of data ) that could be rolled data from a previous plan...
Do I keep my rolled-over data if I change my plan?
Yes. Regardless of how you decide to change your plan, you keep your rolled-over data.
In fact, if you change your coverage, your rolled-over data will be applied to your new coverage. For example, if you switch from a Quebec plan to a Canada-US plan, your unused, rolled-over and gifted data will be valid for this new plan... In other words you will see it in the USA but you can not use it in the USA! You can use it when you return in you local coverage area
local coverage area:
i hope that helps!

This message usually means that you have no data left.

Do you have a Canada-USA plan or you have bought a travel add-on?

Data roaming in US, log into network
Is the Wi-Fi function turned off?
Make sure you have temporarily deactivated WiFi on your phone.
A phone could keep trying to connect only to WiFi when its WiFi function is activated.
Deactivating WiFi, at least temporarily, may enable you to access mobile data.
The process of deactivating WiFi can vary, depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → WiFi
iPhone: Settings → WiFi

Do you have data left in your account?

I assume that they have a Canada-usa plan!

Did you recently change plan?
If that is so: the data you have now (the 3gbs ) it's probably rolled over from the previous plan! And it might be local data ( so to speak )
Rolled over data lasts for the two following payment cycles, even if you change your plan. It’s always used before your monthly data. So if you have rolled over data, you’ll use it up first and then move onto the data in your regular plan.

Does my rolled over data instantly expire when I change my plan?
Of course not. You keep your rolled over data for two (2) complete payment cycles even if you change your plan during that time, and even if that new plan has no data.

Thanks everyone for chiming in.
I do have mobile data available. Verified by a few people.
I do have the Canada-US plan.
WiFi is off. And Data was working prior to getting the "login to network" message.
Also, here's a new tidbit, had all the same issues when I moved the sim to another pixel phone. "Sign in to network" etc etc.

I changed it at the last billing cycle.

Are you doing pay as you go for your plan? In general, I've found that just putting money in the wallet or getting a travel add on fixes these issues with connectivity. However, you might be missing some money in your Fizz wallet which causes the network issues.
