Last week, while in usa, data worked perfectly with AT&T, other than hotspot. A few days later, it all stopped and carriers, Verizon mobile and AT&T suddenly requested password. Bottom line, no more service. Anyone else experience this?

This kind of problem can happen when you don’t have any data left

Do you have a Canda/USA plan?

if you don’t have the Canada/usa plan you need to check the add on usages

i never had problem with Verizon

So, received a response from Fizz. Seems like Jess_i88b6 was onto something.

    Response from fizz

"I have verified the issue you had with the password to connect to the AT&T network in USA.

It is asking for a password or PIN if you do not have any mode data to use.

For example, the data you have as part of your plan is 1GB. After you have used it, it only remained the data from the roll over. But the roll over comes from when you had coverage Quebec and it could not be used in USA.

So this is why your data did not work any more and was asking you for a PIN/password."

    • So basically, even though I show data remaining, they burn off the data from the plan and will not use the rollover data as it was not originally from a USA plan.

    Now I know!
