Fizz, activate my internet service pls

Everything is set up, Except there is no internet when I connect to the wifi. It says activation pending.

your Fizz team need to activate it manually.

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    It's a good idea to send the modem to the customers where Fizz was previously installed, but we see quite a lot of issues after that.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that your plan is active and everything is working.
    The service was activated at 19:00 PM and in my tools I can see that you are using the internet. 
    All you need to do next is setup your Wifi network, using the steps on this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem

    Andrei_ref_R7VK1, most of the time, after a customer receives the modem, the button to activate it is not used. 
    The system offers the auto-installation to everyone that previously had a connection at the address before. And if the place is renovated, the coaxial outlet is missing, even though the system registered that the house had it before. 
    Those are the issues that appear. 
    And at times, the activation order is triggered with a delay, like it was in this specific case.  The technical team is working on updates for this situation to make sure it will not happen again.
