Trying to update my payment method, stuck at "You have reached the maximum number of attempts."
Hi! I am trying to change the credit card associated to my plan, in "Add a new payment method".
I input the new info on the form and clicked saved, but then immediately (from the first attempt!) get the error message "You have reached the maximum number of attempts.Click here for more info."
Yet another unfortunate bug from the Fizz website? Does anyone knows how to go around it?

The same happened to me before, I had to uninstall and reinstall Chrome and then it worked.

As usual this kind of error can be solved only contacting the support and open a ticket
You can also a ticket yourself from your account -> settings -> contact form
I believe that you know how to contact the support, but I will add the information for the form
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Why Fizz prefer Chrome? I remember when I began with Fizz, I should use Chrome for display referral code field.

Yes some times it only works in Chrome, Fizz is not user-friendly for Microsoft old version Edge (new version use chrome kernal as I heard).

I've gone ahead and reset the number of times you can try to add a new card to your account. Give it another go and keep us updated here if it works.
Should it not work, contact the live customer support that is available through the links that @Jess_i88b6 shared with us so that we can escalate the issue to the technical team.
