Why can't I receive or send photos by SMS anymore?
Hey, I used to be able to send photos and long messages by SMS but suddenly it always sends back an error message when I do. How can I fix that since I really need it for my job?

In order to receive the MMS (Media SMS) you need to have data available in your plan, therefore, check if you still have data, if you are using Fizz Ext you need to enable the data roaming.
You should also check the APN https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Steps to follow for configuring the APN can vary from one phone to another. Here's an example:
Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
If your phone offers you a predetermined APN type, choose “Internet + MMS”
Other fields should be filled by default; if empty, they are not mandatory.
Some phone models use the term “Proxy server” instead of “MMS proxy”.

Did you try to reboot the phone?

Try to select a different network operator, wait 30 seconds, and configure back to automatic.
The steps for enabling your device to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

You can try this to see if works. Go to settings-network & internet-mobile network(Fizz)-advanced-Access Point Names-(APNs)-select mobile.bm, try each selection until you can send and receive. I could not received mms, when tried with mobile.bm, it works.

At the beginning, I should enable data to send and receive images, but when I changed APN, I can do it without enabling data. This can save data for Android phones. But iPhones seem need always data.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please be sure that the MMS you are trying to send does not have a file size too big as that`s a possible reason for the issue.
Try to also reset your phone`s settings, while also making sure that the APN is set as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
