Data not working?

Out of nowhere the other day my data just stopped working. I’m not out of data for this month, and I tried other solutions I found such as updating my phone to the latest update, but nothing has worked and I am truly stumped. My connection seems okay, but it’s acting like I’m not connected at all. Help!

    Hello Avril,
    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I do not see any issues with your plan.  Everything looks good on our end. 
    I would suggest that you make sure your data is enabled on your phone and deactivate the WiFi, then perform a test.
    I also suggest that you try the steps AK20230110  suggested. 
    Make sure that the Fizz network is selected when you try to use your data and you have signal.

    Hi @Avril P.

    Did you check if you still have data in your plan?

    Can you check if in your phone you have a data limit configured?

    Did you try to reboot the phone?

    Are you connectect to Fizz or Fizz Ext?

    Did you check the APN if yo have an android phne

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Try to: shut down you phone, remove and reinsert the sim card, restart you phone.
