hi @luis2929
From the specs that you posted, is missing the B4 for the LTE, therefore, without that you will have problem using the DATA therefore the VoLTE too
An LTE compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences must support:
The HSPA 850 MHz frequency for calls.
The dual frequency 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV) for mobile data.
A phone that only allows 3G configuration or HSPA network preference must support:
The dual frequency 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS)
When you buy a new phone, the supported frequencies are usually listed in the technical specifications. If not, do a search on the Internet. There are sites that will confirm the frequencies supported by your phone once you enter its IMEI in their search engine.

Agree that it's VoLTE, but it doesn't guarantee that VoLTE will work on Fizz network 🙂.

VoLTE configuration must be provisioned from the providers, if for some reason the provider decide to not do it the phone it will not be able to get the configuration and not even show the toogle switch. At least with android 13, in android 12 it was a shortcode in order to bypass this, which was not working on the 13 (at least for me)

This is exactly what I was talking about. Despite this phone has VoLTE capability, it's not guaranteed that VoLTE will work on Fizz.

he has all the frequent bands that Fizz asks for. I don't see why the volte wouldn't work

If you have a modem which will work with Videotron, why it will not work with Fizz ? Is using the same frequency, cables, standards. Easy because Fizz is not allowing this. Why?
For the phone, say it has VoLTE is like saying it you have an ATA supporting the SIP technology, however, the providers is forcing using G729a which is not supported from your ATA, But the ATA is supporting the SIP signalling :D
Regarding the frequency, I said that the phone will not work if the frequency posted by @luis2929 are the right one with the LTE.
Moreover, Fizz still have the 3G for the calls

yes my it has not the same frequency as on the xaomi site at not so has several global models

As @Jess_i88b6 said, if Fizz doesn't add to the list of volte certified phone, volte won't work with Fizz even though the phone is compatible

I hope you get a good deal on that phone...
Looks like you will let us know if it will work or not, in the near future we hope...
