This is a cut and paste of an answer that Fizz gave to an other user who asked the same question a few weeks ago:
At the moment we are working towards the goal of implementing the VoLTE feature in our services. There isn't any news as to the addition of VoWi-fi yet however if there will be any news in regards to it, they will surely be shared through email and community posts.

Hopefully it will be the next announcement, since the VoWiFi is using the majority of VoLTE infrastructure
At the moment, we don't have any news. But when they will announce, it will be great!

Hasn't volte been rolled out only for canada/usa plan? Vowifi will probably be realeased right after...

Not all clients have been migrated to the new system yet. I’m still stuck on 3G for calls, no email/message telling me I’ll be migrated soon (I joined Fizz before March 16th 2022)
VoWIFI is in fact advantageous for carriers: it frees up some bandwidth on LTE network!

I joined in 2021 and I am still waiting too.
VoWiFi is very convenient for the operators so I guess it will not take that long to introduce it
