Normally, it's quick, but if you haven't received the points after 3 or 4 days of receiving the phone, I will contact support, since with the points you will unlock a bonus.

Spoke with customer support. They were not particularly helpful but they asked me for the link describing rewards obtained when buying a phone from Fizz. Here is the link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-buy-phone-fizz. Check point 6 at bottom where it says that it takes about 30 days to get the points. I should have checked that before asking the question on the forum. Thanks for all of your help!
