Calling from home (514) to my new Fizz (438) is a long distance call !?!
How can calling Montreal (438) from Montreal (514) be a long distance call???
Only calling from Fizz to Fizz works without dialing 1 before the call.
I'm thinking of cancelling this new line one day after activation...

Non is not a long distance call, it is only a message
With your plan, all the call in the Québec province are the same
But Fizz is a 100% online customer service
If you need to chat with a customer service, here how I do it.
You can chat in direct
• Sign into your account
• Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
Or by private message on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/
