Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
I verified your account and indeed the transaction that should have been made on April 7 isn't visible, however the cycle started normally. I opened a ticket for our technical team, to make sure the payment was properly processed by the system and to make the transaction visible.
You can find the ticket in your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> My tickets.
In the meantime, please verify the bank statement to make sure the payment is visible there. If it is, you can contact us in private using the link provided by our members and send us a screenshot of it to add on the ticket.
