Fizz site down
I am getting this screen when I try to connect to my Fizz account, does anyone has the same problem?

Happens to me once in a while, never found out why... Don't worry, it will go away...

Tried with a different browser, without any problem
It can be a temporary problem, if you still have the problem, try to use the browser in a private mode (incognito)

Are you try to use the app? It seems the IP Relay services or a cache problem

No the app is only for the ip Relay, IP Relay is a service for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals

Too many bugs on Fizz' site unfortunately. Now everything is back to normal.

I went ahead and escalated the matter to the technical team to have them look into it at least to see if this was related to the browser or if it was on our side. We'll reach back to you through the email address that is registered on your Fizz account once we have an answer from them in regards to this.
