I just verified your home internet plan. Since yesterday the modem is online and all the signals are in the normal parameters. In case the connection isn't working yet, please unplug the modem from the electrical outlet a few seconds, plug it back and test

Please take into consideration that the cable repair takes time, not all the problems are the same.
The customer service agent are overwhelmed with all the requests, sometime they need the power to discover that the cable in broken somewhere else.
Since the cable is videotron property, is videotron that must repair it.
If I can suggest, please be patient they are work very hard to repair all the damage

There are many cables damaged by the storm, so I think your problem is related to that. You can try chatting with the support, but they are overwhelmed, so you will have to wait for a long time. Prepare yourself with a lot of patience.
