    Hello Marsida,

    Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
    I just verified your home internet plan. Since yesterday the modem is online and all the signals are in the normal parameters. In case the connection isn't working yet, please unplug the modem from the electrical outlet a few seconds, plug it back and test :D
