problems downloading wi-fi app

I have tried to install the wi-fi application on my cell phones, but it appears that it is not possible to download it since it is for another version of android. Is there a way to access the Wi-Fi settings, without using the mobile application?

    You can configure all the modem using the web page

    Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm

    Enter user: cusadmin and your wifi password


    Go to menu "Wireless" >> "Basic Settings" >> "Guest"

    - Set "Enable Guest Network" on "ON".

    - Enter your desired "Guest Network Name (SSID)" for 2.4 GHz

    and/or "Guest Network Name (SSID) 5G" for 5 GHz.

    - Enter "Guest Network Password". For security purposes, you should use a different password.

    Click on "Save Changes"

    some user reported this problem with the google Pixel and android 13

    Can you try to clean the cache ?


    And yes you can use the browser

    • Open an Internet browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
    • Identify yourself using the following login information:
      • Username: cusadmin
      • Password: **enter your Wi-Fi password**


    You can chat in direct

    • Sign into your account

    • Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

    • Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    • Choose the option 💬 chat

    • If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    @Jessy_ref_i88b6 Do you know if I can also manage users from this option that you indicate, I want to create a guest account but I don't know if I can from this option that you tell me.

    Hello! 

    It seems that Jessy has provided the steps on enabling the Guest Network from the browser. 
    Even so I'll leave this post open for a while so that if Fr414  has any other questions in regards to how to use the browser page, he can ask them here instead of creating another post.
